2025 RPS Bundled REC Sales Request for Proposals
Overview
As authorized by D.24-12-035, San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek offers from third parties interested in purchasing 2025 and 2026 Portfolio Content Category 1, or PCC 1, REC product from eligible renewable resources under contract with SDG&E.

For [X]% of 2025 actual generation and [Y]% of 2026 actual generation 2026. All bids must be submitted in ten percent (10%) increments, with a maximum of one hundred percent (100%). SDG&E forecasts generation to be approximately 590,000 MWh for 2025* and 470,000 MWh for 2026.
*The balance of the 2025 actual generation will be prorated since deliveries will commence upon the CPUC approval of signed agreements. |

The RFP and all subsequent revisions and documents are available for download from the Power Advocate® website. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring the RFP Website for subsequent updates, notices and postings.
